The IR team at SEGRO needed some fresh materials that could introduce the business and its dynamic proposition clearly to potential new generalist investors.
Beyond that, we needed to ensure the reporting production platform was just as sharp with Workiva properly set-up handle the pace and complexity of a FTSE 100 REIT.
We built a new set of investor materials that set out SEGRO’s unique proposition, then carried that direction through into the look and feel of the Annual Report and the Responsible SEGRO report.
In parallel, we onboarded SEGRO to Workiva and used Fuse and Flow to take friction out of the production cycle.
