M&S is a business with one of the most recognised brands in the UK and consequently their reporting has to carry that weight, to both City and consumer-aware audiences.

The team wanted a sharper, more efficient reporting process and a clearer path to a digital-first future in line with board ambition and priorities.

We shaped reporting strategy across both the annual and sustainability reports, and applied Fuse and Flow to take friction out of production.
