Ibstock’s annual report was producing good output, but the process behind it was working harder than it needed to. Data was moving manually where it could have been linked and communications across the year weren’t always as joined-up as the team wanted.

The ask: keep the quality, make the process cleaner and tighten the narrative thread.

We ran a technical audit on the production flow and put Fuse and Flow to work on data linkage, so numbers flowed through the document rather than being manually rekeyed.

Alongside this, we shaped a communications framework so that messaging stayed consistent - from results update through to annual reporting to ongoing communications.
