Diploma had grown into a FTSE 100 business but its communications platform hadn’t fully caught up. The group needed a digital home, a reporting suite and a sales enablement layer capable of supporting plc expectations, commercial activity and continued growth. It also needed a clearer way to measure the impact and effectiveness of those investments.
We focused on the touchpoints doing most of the day-to-day work - sales enablement, the annual report and the corporate website - and built audience mapping behind them so each channel could work harder and more cohesively.
During the website redesign we made a subtle but decisive shift in positioning, firmly positioning Diploma as the FTSE 100 company it has become, while still allowing portfolio businesses to tell their own stories.
